A short easy to read 37 page book about solar technology that is up to date for 2025. The book is very fact rich and makes good use of lists rather than waffle text to condense it's content. It is the sort of book that is easy to read a bit at a time, but also the book could be kept as a reference book because it contains a lot of facts.This book would be useful for someone working in the solar industry as a neat aid for answering customers questions about solar. The book is also useful for anyone that wants to know about solar cells and panels in detail without being overwhelmed with pages of dull text.About the author,: I haves been interested in solar technology since the 1980's and my first poly crystalline solar cell. I have bought multiple cell types to experiment with over the years. I have a micro solar installation at home of 160W and a single micro inverter, but it works very well. My father was one of the first people around here to get a 1.5KW array of mono crystalline panels and utilize micro inverters for grid tied electricity production. He also charges his I-pace with solar.I am a strong advocate for solar panels they have worked well for us, and now they are so cheap to buy. My advice is to buy this book and you will understand solar energy, save on utility bills and help save the planet.
