Sadly, even when you provide free information in softcopy form, many students still believe they must buy some pamphlet which should hopefully contain all the questions they expect to answer in the exam. This book is, therefore, in response to that overwhelming concern about what exactly they need to read for the exam. It does not suffice to try and convince those students that passing an exam should not be their sole objective. I have therefore provided this step by step question and answer book for everyone. While I feel sad about the loss of standards, I hope that this book is the first step - the consequential change in my strategy and tactics - that will firstly provide the didactic learning, after which we shall move on to greater works.
